Figma Workflow Lab connects flow planning with agent-ready design
Flows, variables and production components add context beyond screenshots.

The update
Figma’s August sample workflow uses the fictional learning app Radicle to show agents moving between design and code.
In the design workflow
It plans states and transitions, then supplies components and variables through MCP and Code Connect. This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer-results report.
srefly perspective
Include empty, error and undo states before handoff; a polished primary screen cannot explain the entire interaction.
